Any work that is undertaken by you should be completed within the agreed timescale and must meet the standards we promise our clients when we are assessing the project.

What you can expect
We will welcome you on board as part of our team, providing you with a Prime Construction uniform to proudly represent us on site. You can expect regular communication with the member of our team in charge of the project, who will provide you with clear instructions and a suitable deadline for you to complete the agreed work. All health and safety precautions are taken by us and regulated by an external consultant to protect the safety of our employees when working on site. We will always honour payment agreements for any job and, provided your work meets the necessary standards, you will be paid on time without fail. For any questions you have whilst working for us, you can always speak to a senior member of the team and they will be happy to discuss it with you.
